Trust, Security & Privacy

Customer accounts are protected by email/password or Google sign-in. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are handled by our managed authentication provider. Each customer can only see and manage their own bookings and orders.

All card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. Flower Glow Beauty does not see, store, or transmit your full card number or CVC — your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout. We only receive a confirmation of payment and the last 4 digits for receipts.

As an alternative, we also accept Zelle transfers at liliflo2005@yahoo.fr. Please include your name and appointment date in the memo so we can match the payment to your booking.

• Contact details you provide (name, email, phone) to book or order.
• Booking and order history tied to your account.
• Messages you send us through the contact form or chat.

We do not sell your personal information. We use it only to deliver our services, communicate with you about your appointment, and comply with our legal obligations.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate the site:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — database, authentication & file storage
• Resend — transactional email (booking confirmations, receipts)
• Lovable / Cloudflare — website hosting

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
