Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment with no penalty.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future services within 3 months. Appointments cannot be secured without a deposit.
Additional charges apply for bookings outside regular business hours.
Clients providing personal products or materials should not expect a discount.
If a client is more than 30 minutes late, additional charges apply.
Any extra 30 minutes beyond the booked hours is billed directly by the provider.
